Freightek is a leading logistics and transportation company seeking to hire a Sales Staff to join our team.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue growth for the company. The ideal candidate should have:

  • Do a product demo. Advising and persuading customers about Freightek's solutions. You will do online (mostly) demos or live demos.
  • Previous sales experience in the logistics or transportation industry.
  • Be self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills are essential, as the Sales Staff will be working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.

  • At Freightek, you will get an income that is commensurate with your ability and effort. In addition to the basic salary and other allowances, the commission you will receive is 5 -15% of the first year's sales. From year 2 to year 5, you will continue to receive commissions from 1-2% of sales from that customer, as long as they are still a Freightek customer. Let's say, you gain about 2 new customers per week, each customer average of 20 users, and your average monthly income is 60 million. How high your income is depends on your capacity.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Logistics, Import-Export, and Foreign Trade. Logistics is a rather complex field with a lot of specialized terms, if you have no understanding of the industry, it will be difficult to start.
  • Sociable, humble, hard-working to learn, flexible, skillful in communication, good handling of situations.
  • Active, confident, not afraid of difficulties, not afraid of being rejected, with the spirit of a warrior
